 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice at no cost.
   
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit 50% of the session fee, as that time has been reserved for you.
   
• No-shows (not attending without notice) will be charged the full session fee.
   

Refunds

• Session fees are non-refundable once a session has been completed, as payment is for the time, preparation, and expertise provided.
   
• If you decide not to continue after booking but provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your session may be refunded minus a small administrative fee (e.g., 5–10%) or fully credited toward a future session.
   
• If for any reason I need to cancel, you will receive either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
   

Late Arrivals

• If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time out of respect for the next client. Full session fees still apply.
   

Technical Issues (for online sessions)

• If technical issues prevent us from completing the session, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
